This collection includes all current wooly plushies, as more woolies scrunch into our lives, they will be added to this collection. Currently this item includes Wooly and Woolums, two of the main characters in The Fuzzy Forest book series.

1. Returns
For books, returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The book must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
2. Refunds

Books: Refunds for books are available under the following circumstances:
- You have returned the book within 14 days of receipt.
- The book is in its original condition and packaging.
- You have provided a valid reason for the return.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for books under the following conditions:
- The exchange request is made within 14 days of receipt.
- The book is in its original condition and packaging.
- You provide a valid reason for the exchange.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at z.h.columbia@gmail.com with your order number and the details of the book you wish to exchange. You are responsible for the return shipping costs for the book being exchanged. We will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement book.
