The History of The Fuzzy Forest

In 2023, Zac (the "Z" in Z. H. Columbia) was on his way to class when he looked down and saw a wooly worm scrunching along in front of him. Although he didn't know where the wooly was going that day, he knew it would be somewhere fuzzy. As he sat in class, he thought about the wooly. When he went home that night he pulled out a notebook and started writing about The Fuzzy Forest; a peaceful place full of wooly worms, just like the one he had seen.
Similarly, Hannah (the "H" in Z. H. Columbia) has always loved wooly worms and all things cute. When Zac started writing the stories, Hannah quickly decided she wanted to be a part of the series and began illustrating the first book "A Peachful Journey." Through a shared vision of what The Fuzzy Forest is and can be, Zac and Hannah work on creating more stories every day to warm the hearts of readers around the world.
Since its inception, in October 2023, four books have been published. Although some of the original designs and stories have changed, the woolies sweet demeanors have stayed the same.

Latest Book: Lake Fuzz Ness
Lake Fuzz Ness is our most recent and foggy addition to The Fuzzy Forest book series. A foggy day is perfect for a game of Sneak and Scrunch at the lake. When the woolies spot something coming toward them, their day takes a turn.
Wooly worm of the month: Wooly

Bearing the most traditional wooly worm name, Wooly also has a classic stripe pattern. Although he is the smallest wooly, his heart is big; with love for his friends and you. He loves flowers and keeps many in and around his home. Wooly was also featured in the first book of The Fuzzy Forest series, A Peachful Journey, where the reader follows an average morning for Wooly. If you happen to see Wooly around, he may give you a tiny flower, just like him.
