Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Although we hope your item is the perfect amount of fuzzy and sweet for you, we know sometimes it doesn't work out. If you need to send anything back to the forest, please review our return and refund policies here.
Returns + Refunds
Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

The item is in its original condition.

You have returned the item within 14 days of receipt.

You have provided a valid reason for the refund/return.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

The item is in its original condition.

The exchange request is made within 14 days of receipt.

You provide a valid reason for the exchange.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange. You are responsible for the return shipping costs for the item being exchanged. We will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item.
Order Cancellation
Fill out our "Order Cancellation" form here and your order will be cancelled and refunded within 2-3 business days.
Note: Order cancellations must be completed before the item ships. Once the item is scrunching your way, you will need to initiate a return instead.
