If you sign up before the 15th of the month you will receive the current month's mail. If you sign up on or after the 15th, your first fuzzy letter will be scrunching to you the following month.

If you ever miss one of the woolies' letters, they would be happy to catch you up on everything you missed.

Details

The woolies are all very excited to talk to you so they will be taking turns in who gets to write you every month. That means, after a full year, you'll have letters from 12 different woolies! 

Each envelope includes a 5" x 7" print with a letter from the month's wooly on the back. Additionally, two stickers, coordinating with the print, will be included! Your letter will also be wrapped in custom paper, themed to the print of the month while packaged in an envelope themed to the wooly writing, and the print! On the inside, the paper wrap will be sealed with a sticker of the wooly who sent your letter! 

The woolies hope to give you a cohesive and fuzzy experience from mailbox to fridge (or wherever you choose display your print)!

Billing

This product bills monthly until cancelled. Your method of payment will be charged on the same date of your initial subscription. For example, a May 7th purchase would renew on June 10th. 

Cancellation

If you would rather keep up with the woolies through social media or other methods, they will be happy to see you there instead. You can manage your subscription and cancel at any time from the "My Subscriptions" page.

If you subscribed before January 15, 2026, contact us and we will manually cancel your subscription. Please include your first and last name so we can find your subscription. Click here to be taken to our contact page. 

FAQ's

Can I have multiple subscriptions?

Yes! If you would like multiple subscriptions (e.g. to add a different name or address), simply subscribe for each separately. They can all be managed from the subscriptions page once completed.

When will I receive my letter?

The woolies mail out their letters at the end of the month, this allows them to keep their subscriptions open longer so they don't have to limit sign up quantities. They want to make sure everyone who wants to get their mail can!

Does the same wooly write every month?

No. Each month a different wooly will write the letter and include a unique print, envelope, stickers, and theme.

Will my letter have tracking?

No. The letters are mailed through USPS which does not provide tracking for standard envelopes. If you don't receive your letter, we will not know, so please contact us in order for us to fix it!​​

What if I only want this month?

If you would only like one month, there are two options.

1. You can unsubscribe immediately after subscribing. You will still receive the mail you paid for (the current month) but will not be charged for future letters.

2. Wait until the month's mail is added to the website in our catch up section and order it there. Letters are added within 48 hours of the subscription window closing.

Can I gift someone else a subscription?

Yes! When filling out the subscription form, enter their information for shipping details like name and address, and your information for billing.

What if I miss a month?

The past months' letters are available in the mail club category of our store. The woolies will be very excited to hear they get to send out another letter!

What if my mail arrives damaged?

Contact us! The woolies always send your mail in the best fuzzy condition they can but, occasionally, damage occurs during transportation. If your mail arrives damaged, reach out to us and we will send you a replacement free of charge.​​​

What if my letter doesn't arrive?

Contact us! We are not provided with tracking for the envelopes so we will not know if your letter doesn't arrive. If you believe your letter should have arrived already, send us a message and we will mail you a replacement. 

Why do I have to make an account to subscribe?

The account provides you with the ability to manage your subscription. From there you can update your address, payment method, or cancel. There is no way to access these features without it.
