Turnaround Time
In stock items ship within 2-3 business days, out of stock items will begin scrunching to you within 3-4 weeks on average, excluding plushies, which will be clearly labeled as out of stock (See below chart for details on wait times). If you have any questions about your order, feel free to contact us here! We are happy to provide updates on any items in your order and will continue to keep more and more items in stock as our small, fuzzy business grows. Return + Refund Policy
Whether you placed your order via website or email, we accept returns on all items within the first 60 days of order delivery. The item must be in its original condition and you are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
Returns within 30 days
If the return is initiated within the first 30 days of the delivery date, you will be fully refunded for all returned items. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item/order. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Returns within 60 days
Returns initiated within a 60 day window from the delivery date are given store credit equal to 100% of the value of the returned items.
Defective/Damaged product
If any items in your order arrived damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund to be initiated.
Email/Invoicing
If you would like to order via email or prefer to be invoiced, submit your order here and we will get back to you within 48 hours. Orders by email have a Net 30 payment plan.
